At LoccusFurniture, we strive to deliver your furniture safely and swiftly.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We ship all over India through our trusted partners – Gati, Delhivery, DHL, and more.

Delivery Time

  • Ready products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • Customized orders: Dispatched in 10–15 business days

  • Delivery time depends on your location and logistics partner.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.

  • Orders below ₹10,000 may have nominal delivery charges, depending on location.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS/email.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We ensure quality, but if there’s a genuine issue, we’ve got you covered.

Eligible for Return/Replacement if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received

  • Product is not as described/image on the website

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Not Eligible if:

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

  • Color variations (due to lighting/screens)

  • Custom-made furniture (unless damaged)

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or replacement dispatch within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after return approval.
